FYI...Dr.Oz stated to take 800mg TWICE daily....a half hour before meals with a large glass of water....so this would mean 1600mg daily. I just ordered the product today. I need to lose 40 pounds, so I'm giving it 6 months. I will not go on a "diet" nor do any type of undo exercising.

I honestly would like to see if this works on its own like it is advertised. I am doing this for health reasons because I'm experiencing joint issues.I've been told I need a knee replacement, but I feel I'm too young at age 59. Losing weight will maybe prolong this procedure. My blood pressure/blood sugar/everything else is fine. I take zero medication of any kind, not even vitamins or fish oil.

I have tried Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc etc and nothing seems to be working. I figure I have nothing to lose by trying this. I will keep you posted if anyone is interested. At this point I have rated it 5 stars with very high hopes lol.
