My biggest challenge is cutting carbs, so I tried Mulberry Zuccarin and it really helped me eat less carbs which is what I need to do to lose weight. I love bread too much to give it up.

I had the same problem and I started the coffee trim diet. It worked I wasn't as hunger. It was pretty easy too - you add it to your coffee and thats it. It is all natural too that's what I really liked about it - it is safe - besides the fact that it works. Carbs are my downfall too, but I am now eating less - cut my daily calories and I am losing weight. I have more energy so I also started a workout program. If I keep losing this summer will be the first summer in a long time that maybe hopefully I can where a bathing suit and feel good about myself.
