I can share my experience...in normal times, I would be eating approximately 1200 calories to loose weight. Every two to three weeks, I would need a day of 1700 calories to mix up the mix and get off the plateau.
The rule of thumb I used was if I plateaued for two weeks and increasing the exercise did not help, then I would do a day of 1700 calories.
For me, it always worked to jump start the loosing weight again. It also helped me maintain the desired weight.
My weight gain came with illness. I am out of remission, so it's even more important than before that I maintain healthy eating and exercise.
If you think about it logically, if your body knows what to expect, it will make plans on how to use it. And it's getting the same thing over and over again...so what it doesn't need, it stores. Feel free to mix it up (calories and food), but try to keep the eating balanced. What benefit will come from eating more calories of fat and junk? I started this coffee trim diet an all natural appetite suppressant and it helped reduce my appetite so I didn't eat as much. It is about incorporating a number of different factors to get the weight loss results you are looking to acheive.

How much weight did you lose with Mulberry Zuccarin?

I love to eat and I found it so difficult to control my carbohydrate intake. I knew I had to because they made me gain weight! But I never stick to diets and I feel I need carbohydrates in my diet to feel satisfied. It would never work for me to start counting carbs.
