Am I hurting myself?

Hi there, I am new to the forum, and came here for some advice from you guys and girls. I started my diet in September, and I have lost 35.2 (16kg) lbs so far. My Daily energy requirements is calculated at 14636 kJ (Active person) but my diet only provides for 6200 kJ with a 2:1 protien:carb ratio (bulk of the diet is from whey protien shakes). Fat intake is from olive oil, peanut butter, almond oil. I take multi vitamin, calcium and magnesium supplements. I allow myself a cheat day every week (2-3 beers) I am never tired, energy is always up. I get enough sleep. My current weight is stable at 233 lbs (athletic) for the past 3 weeks. Bodyfat is around 20%. My concern is, some of the internet sites say that eating that much below your daily energy requirements is bad for your health, but if anything, I am feeling great! Is there something that I am missing? Maybe something that may be happening that I am not aware of? Thanks in advance
