Three meals!

Use smoothies to replace one or two of your three daily meals.  Choose the recipes that appeal to you most and the sitting that are most convenient for you.

Three snacks!

Dr. Oz says three healthy snacks daily are key to hunger control for dieters. If you like, have a mini smoothie.

No Hunger!

While following this plan, you will average about 1,500 calories per day most of them from filling protein and fiber packed foods.  It’s the perfect way to slim down while still feeling comfortable full the whole time.

Smoothie Diet Meal Plan: (choose your meals)

Breakfast (choose one daily):

1 serving any smoothie

Smoothie Recipes.

1 bowl whole grain cereal
1 cup fat-free milk or lite yogurt.
1 piece of fruit.

1 egg plus 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup low fat cheese,
veggies to taste.
1 slice whole-wheat toast, butter spray.
1 cup of fruit.

Lunch (choose one daily):

1 Serving Any Smoothie
(Refer to Smoothie Recipe Book Above).


3 oz lean protein (such as chicken breast, turkey or tuna),
3 cups salad, 1 tbs. lite dressing 1/2 cup fruit.

1/2 cup hummus, unlimited sliced cucumber and bell pepper.
1 serving whole-grain bread or crackers.
1 cup berries or 1 piece fruit.

Dinner (choose one daily):

1 serving any smoothie-
smoothie recipes.


3 oz. grilled salmon or other lean protein with lemon and herbs to taste.
1 cup vegetables sauteed in 1/2 tbs. olive oil.
1/2 cup brown rice or whole grain pasta.


2 oz cooked chicken breast, 2 tbs. salt free tomato sauce, 2 tbs. mozzarella,
veggies to taste on 1/2 of 8 inch whole grain pizza crust.
1 cup mixed salad, 1 tbs. lite dressing.

Snack (choose three daily):

1 full serving get-lean green smoothie or 1/2 serving of any other smoothie.

1 low fat cheese stick or 2 slices lean deli meat- 1 piece of fruit.

10 almonds, 1 piece fruit

1 cup lite yogurt with 1/4 cup whole grain cereal.

2 tbs. hummus, 1 cup raw veggies.
