One of the greatest ways we can improve our health is to eliminate chemically processed ingredients like “High Fructose Corn Syrup” which studies show is poisonous to our bodies.

A common ingredient “High Fructose Corn Syrup” found in a wide variety of processed foods like soft drinks, flavored water, salad dressings, cookies, commercially made cakes, cereals etc. is poisoning our bodies.

This unnatural, manufactured ingredient “High Fructose Corn Syrup” was introduced by manufacturers in the 1970’s and gained in popularity because it’s less expense to produce than “Sucrose” an all natural sugar which was our primary sweetener for decades. Sucrose an all natural sweetener is derived from sugar cane, it’s organic and is digested in the body naturally. While this fake, chemical processed cheaper ingredient “High Fructose Corn Syrup” is digested differently in a bad way. Research has shown that this ingredient goes directly to the liver, releasing enzymes that instruct the body to then store fat. This may elevate triglyceride (fat in the blood) levels and elevate cholesterol levels. This fake fructose may slow fat burning and cause weight gain. Other research indicates that it does not stimulate insulin production, which usually creates a sense of being full. Therefore, people may eat more than they should. The key words here is artificial, chemical produced, clear signs to stay away.
