Almond Banana Smoothie

Try this Tasty Nutritious Smoothie. It is Delicious, high in protein and nutritious a great diet option for breakfast or lunch. This smoothie is a great way get the protein you daily diet needs.

Enjoy.

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons of flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or non-fat yogurt
  • A drizzle of honey Half
  • A teaspoon of almond or vanilla extract
  • Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth.

    Dr. Oz is wonderful. He gives so munch information and cares about people. This is hard to find in a doctor these days. I always watch his show at 4 in Charleston SC.
