Dr. Oz Peach Popsicle Recipe

A Peach Popsicle on a hot summer day. What is better then a delicious popsicle especially with very few calories. So enjoy a popsicle by poolside or just as an afternoon snack. The kids will love them too.

Now that summer’s here try this easy way to save on calories and fat.  The supermarkets are so expensive these days so why not make your own. You will save money and get a healthy snack by eliminating chemicals and preservatives found in most supermarket foods. As most of us know there are so many preservatives found in todays’s packaged foods and by making your own you will save yourself  from ingesting all those chemicals and preservatives which research shows leads to weight gain and obesity.

Popsicle Recipe:

  • 1 cup Almond Milk,
  • 1 Banana Chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla Extract.
  • 1 tbsp. Agave Nectar.
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon.
  • 1/2 Nutmeg.
  • Popsicle Molds.
