The 17 Day Diet is a diet plan the is helping many to lose weight. This might be the diet for you. Breakfast:

Lunch:

  1. I recently bought the book after watching a guy at work lose 40+ lbs and his wife lose 25+ lbs. He said the first few days were a little rough, but after that it got easier and easier. Once his body ajusted to the no sugar thing, he was fine. They are actually on the last phase/cycle and not having any problems making it a life style as it suggested above. I am making my grocery list out now so I can begin my journey. I am not only looking for the quick weight loss, but the life style change too 🙂

  2. I am on the 17 day diet. Its not that bad..i mean..today is the end of my 2nd week. I am having no prob with anything on it….yet.. I am having major cravings!! SUGAR! I TOO LOVE SUGAR!! Its like quitting smoking (I quit smoking 2 years ago, and it feel a lil like this…LOL)
    I started the Diet 2 weeks ago. I will check on Sat. to see how much weight I lost.
