Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh trimmed washed green beans.
- 1/2 yellow pepper, seeded and diced.
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic.
- 2 tbs. balsamic vinaigrette.
- 1/2 cup fried onions, like French’s (add more flavor with French’s Cheddar oions).

Directions:
- In microwave safe bowl, toss fresh green beans, yellow peppers and chopped garlic with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Cover and microwave 4 min., or until green beans are crisp-tender. Sprinkle onions evenly over green bean mixture.
- Microwave 30 sec., or until onions become crunchy.
