How did David lose the weight! Well he changed his diet by cutting out processed foods and adding whole wheat and gain foods. David started eating real foods.
The supermarkets are full of processed foods, these are packaged foods that are full of sugar, harmful chemicals and are stripped of most of their nutrients.
Today unfortunately most of us have diets that are rich in processed foods. Processed foods have no real nutritional value (no poly fats, no protein, no vitamins or minerals or antioxidants) it is truly like ingesting sugar. A diet that is rich in processed foods leads to weight gain.
So David shopped smarter and looked at the ingredient label for foods that contained either whole wheat or whole grain, and stayed away from foods that contained white flour or enriched whole wheat which are processed foods.
