Prepare extra burger mixture, form it into single-serving patties, and freeze. This allows you to prepare a quick lunch or snack on the go. Serving these burgers on whole grain buns kicks up the fiber content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 (20-ounce) package extra lean ground turkey breast<br \/>\n\u2022 1\u20444 cup chopped cilantro<br \/>\n\u2022 1\u20444 cup diced red onion<br \/>\n\u2022 1\u20444 cup diced red bell pepper<br \/>\n\u2022 1\u20443 cup diced fresh mushrooms<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tablespoon Mexican seasoning or fajita seasoning<br \/>\n\u2022 1\u20444 cup low-fat Mexican-blend cheese<br \/>\n\u2022 1 teaspoon minced garlic<br \/>\n\u2022 6 whole grain buns or Arnold Sandwich Thins<br \/>\n\u2022 6 tablespoons salsa<br \/>\n\u2022 1 1\u20442 medium avocados, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced<br \/>\n\u2022 6 tablespoons fat-free Greekstyle yogurt<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, cilantro, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, seasoning, cheese, and garlic. There will about 24 ounces (11\/2 pounds) of mixture, or 4 cups. Divide into 6 (4-ounce) patties.<br \/>\nGrill the burgers for 3 minutes on each side, or until the inside is no longer pink.
