The program says it will help you get thinner and drop inches.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Start dropping Dress Sizes<\/h2>\n<p>Dr. Oz outlines 5 ingredients to avoid including: hydrogenated oil, sugars, high-fructose corn syrup, enriched flour and bleached flour. (these ingredients are found in processed foods &#8211; our supermarkets are loaded with processed foods these are most packaged foods &#8211; so make sure you read the ingredient label of the products in the stores before you make a purchase).\u00a0One of the biggest contributors to obesity and weight gain for American&#8217;s today is Processed foods.\u00a0On the\u00a0Oprah show, Dr. Oz provides 10 tips for losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dr. Oz 10 tips include:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>1. Measure inches, not weight<\/h3>\n<p>Take measurements &#8212; especially around your waist at your belly button. For the best health, your waist should be 1\/2 your height.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Walk every day for 30 minutes<\/h3>\n<p>The best indicator of how long and well you will live is your exercise capacity. Since you only need 30 minutes daily, go with easy things. Take the stairs. Park further away in the parking lot. If you&#8217;re going to watch TV, ride your stationary bike. If you buy juices, make sure it is 100 percent juice and 100% vitamin C, or it is most likely high in sugar probably high fructose corn syrup. Fill up your cart with vegetables. If you buy it, you&#8217;re going to eat it &#8212; don&#8217;t go to the store when you&#8217;re hungry and more likely to purchase things on impulse.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Eat more fiber<\/h3>\n<p>Every time you eat fiber, you&#8217;ll feel more full. Fiber also assists with slowing down the digestive process for more balanced blood sugar levels throughout the day.
