(16 oz.) fresh green beans<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 red pepper, seeded and sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup sliced white onions<\/li>\n<li>1 tbs. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup olive oil vinaigrette<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup fresh bread crumbs, toasted<\/li>\n<li>1 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 tbs. sliced almonds, toasted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recipe Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In sauce pot of boiling salted water, cook green beans 4 mins. Drain and rinse in cold water.<\/p>\n<p>In skillet, cook peppers and onions in olive oil 2 min. \u00a0Add vinaigrette, lemon zest and beans. \u00a0Cook 1 min. Arrange on platter.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cheese and almonds.<\/p>\n<p>Prep time: 15 mins.
