In bowl, gently toss all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.<br \/>\nSpread squash mixture in greased jelly-roll pan.<\/p>\n<p>Bake 30 mins, or until squash is tender, stirring occasionally. Add walnuts.<\/p>\n<p>Prep time: 15 mins.
