And this is a perfect recipe for the 17 Day Diet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>(4 servings) Salad.<\/li>\n<li>1 small head organic cauliflower, pulsed in food processor to yield 3 cups.<\/li>\n<li>2 cups cooked chickpeas, to keep recipe raw, use sprouted chickpeas instead.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B001E5E1L4\/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B001E5E1L4&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=shrinking_forum_diet_tools_plans-20\">hemp seeds<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>1 cup packed fresh curly parsley, thick stems removed and minced.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup packed fresh cilantro, thick stems removed and minced.<\/li>\n<li>1 cup chopped tomatoes, about 3 medium tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li>5 large green onions, chopped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves.<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp sea salt.<\/li>\n<li>freshly ground pepper, to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Break up cauliflower into small flourets.<\/p>\n<p>Place in food processor and pulse until broken down to the size of couscous. Place in a large bowl. Place all other salad ingredients in with the cauliflower. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
