With just 2 Tbs. oil and an extra-hot oven, then potato slices are transformed into crispy fries!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, about 3<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbs. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 tsp. crushed dried rosemary<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp grated lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 450 degrees, cut potatoes into 1\/4&#8243; thick slices, using crinkle cutter if desired. \u00a0Coat large jellyroll pan with cooking spray. \u00a0In large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, rosemary, zest, salt and, if desired, pepper flakes.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer potato mixture to pan, arranging in single layer. \u00a0Bake, without stirring, 15-20 minutes or until golden. \u00a0Sprinkle with cheese; gently toss.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a healthy and easy way to have delicious fries without the calories.
