Avoid the Weight loss Plateau

It is inevitable that most people will hit a weight loss Plateau.  

The reason most people hit a weight loss plateau in their diet plans is because; as we lose weight, our bodies become smaller and we adapt to a lower caloric level (this means your body needs less calories now that you lost weight).

Therefore you need to reassess your weight loss plan to your adjusted your Daily Calorie Intake. Our daily calorie intake is determined by our body's BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).

So in order to jump start your weight loss plan and continue to lose weight, you need to do the following:
 

Cut More Calories:

Re-calculate your Daily Calorie Intake.

Re-calculate your  daily calorie intake, because it adjusts as you lose weight.  Use the "Daily Calorie Calculator" , this determines your body's BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), make sure you choose weight loss as a goal on the "Daily Calorie Calculator".

The body's BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is a measurement of  your body's caloric intake.

What is the Calorie Calculator?

This calorie calculator tells you how many calories you need cut to start losing weight? It calculates your daily caloric needs based on your height, weight, age, gender, and activity level. 

This will help you to either lose weight or maintain your current weight. This calculation is called your body's BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) a measurement of your body's required daily calories. This calorie calculation will tell you the number of calories you can have daily to start losing weight. Your daily calorie intake is also based on exercise level (light, moderate or heavy) so if you increase you exercise level; for example from light to moderate this will increase your BMR daily calorie intake.  You often find that the closer you get to your goal weight (or body fat percentage) – the harder things get, so increasing your exercise routine will jump start your weight loss again!

So making sure you re-calculate you daily calorie intake according to your new weight and exercise level it is very important to reaching your weight loss goals!
