    I added nuts and smoothies with lot of fruits and I finally started to shed the pounds.

    I ordered exercise bands and started doing daily workouts- biceps and shoulders workouts and it seems to be working good plus I am feeling better.

    Started using the goal sheet planning out my diet with different menu recipes it really helped stay on track.

  4. I cut down on bread

    I noticed I was eating a lot of bread during the day and was able to cut back. I made some changes like having oatmeal with some fruit instead of a slice of toast in the morning and added in a smoothie for lunch instead of a sandwich. I feel like it is helping. I lost some weight. And I am going to add in a workout plan a couple days of week.

    I am going to take small steps it makes sense slowing adding more time to workouts and cutting out late night snacking.

    Added an extra day to workouts increasing it from 3 to 4 days a week.

    My down fall is definitely eating late night.
