Chia Seeds Muffins Recipes

Who doesn’t look muffins! Well you can have them even on a diet. Whether you are just looking for health benefits or for weight loss, using chia seeds will help you to stay healthy and lose weight successfully.  Here is a yummy Muffin Recipe that the entire family will love.  Stay Healthy.Look and Feel Great!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sweet potato purée
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

Mix together wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350˚F.
