Directions: Heat olive oil in frying pan, scramble egg with diced veggies and cheese, cook in frying pan. Have with whole wheat toast lightly buttered.

Lunch pick one

  • Tuna Sandwich: 1/2 cup tuna, 1/2 diced tomato, cucumbers, 1 whole gain pita.
  • Soup with whole wheat bread: 1 1/2 cup bean or lentil soup with fat-free greek yogurt and slice of whole wheat bread.
  • Veggie Wrap with Greek yogurt: Lettuce, tomato, shredded carrots and a tbs of greek yogurt on a whole wheat wrap.
  • Hummus with pita chips: 2 tbs of hummus with  12 pita chips.
